We at True North EDI are thrilled to launch Wisdom of the Circle; a Restorative Circle Practitioner’s Deck by TNEDI facilitator Cathleen Antoine-Abiala and VP Erin Dunlevy. Wisdom of the Circle is designed to support people and their communities in building belonging, thinking creatively and resolving tension. In alignment with True North EDI’s Elemental Design approach to strategic change, this deck is organized into four categories— body, mind, emotion, and spirit—offering prompts and questions that can be combined into any number of arrangements to assist you in coming together to share more authentically and hear one another more deeply.
